One cup a day is recommended. Before breakfast or during the day, steep it in 200 ml of hot water for 3–5 minutes.

Düzenli spor yapıyorum ama ödemi bir türlü atamıyordum, hep bir şişkinlik vardı. vücudumu acayip hızlı rahatlattı. Ödem gidince 3 günde tartıda direkt 1 kilo fark etti. Tuvalete aşırı rahat çıkartıyor. Uzun vadede çok daha iyi gelecek gibi, ben çok memnun kaldım devam ederim.
