This clarification text has been prepared as Herbaltox Gıda Limited Şirketi (“Company”), as the data controller, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), in order to inform the data subjects regarding the personal data processed by the Company.
Your personal data is processed when you visit our website at https://www.herbaltox.com or when you use our services.
This clarification text includes which personal data will be processed, the purposes of processing, the storage period, transfer and your rights.

Personal data owners, you can submit your requests regarding your rights mentioned above in writing in accordance with the KVKK and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller or by using your registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or your e-mail address previously notified to our Company and registered in our system.

In your applications, we would like to state that if the transaction requires a cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Board.
