The HerbaltoX brand, logo, slogans and all visual materials are the registered intellectual property of Herbaltox Food Limited.
All content, images, texts and designs on our website are protected by copyright.
Our product formulations, production methods and trade secrets are legally protected.

Unauthorized Use:

Unauthorized use, copying or imitation of our brand or products constitutes a criminal offense under the Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works.
In case of violation, legal and criminal proceedings will be initiated in accordance with the Industrial Property Law No. 6769.
Material and moral damages will be claimed.

Permitting and Licensing:

Written permission for the use of our trademark is mandatory.
Rights granted under distributorship and dealership agreements are subject to the terms of the agreement.
Legal action will be taken against persons and institutions that sell without authorization.

Our trademarks are registered with the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office.
All our brands are protected within the borders of the Republic of Turkey.
