Membership and Terms of Use

As Herbaltox Gıda Limited Şirketi (“Company”), we inform all our users who are members to access the services we offer on https://www.herbaltox.com (“Site”) and the content we provide that they must act in accordance with the following terms.
By using the Site, you are deemed to have accepted this Membership and Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”).
If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site.

This Agreement applies to all natural and legal persons who are members of or use the Site (“Member”).

2. Membership Conditions
2.1. Membership Application: Users who wish to become a member of the website are obliged to provide accurate and complete information.
In case of providing false, misleading or incomplete information, the Member's membership may be canceled.

2.2. Age Limit: The minimum age limit for membership is 18.
Users under 18 years of age are prohibited from becoming a member without the permission of their parents or guardians.

2.3. Password Security: The Member is obliged to keep the password set for his/her account securely.
The Member is responsible for any damages that may occur due to sharing the password with third parties.

2.4. Membership Types: The Company may offer different membership types and grant access to certain services according to these membership types.
The Company reserves the right to make changes in membership types.

3. Terms of Use and Prohibited Behavior
3.1. Legal Use: The Member agrees to use the Site only in accordance with the law and to protect public order.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel a Member's account if illegal content or behavior is detected.

3.2. Prohibited Behavior:
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site or other users' accounts,
- Sharing misleading information on the Site or misleading others,
- Do not damage the Site by using malicious software (viruses, worms, etc.),
- Copying, modifying, distributing the contents of the Site for commercial purposes,
- To make any attempt that may damage the Site or prevent the operation of the Site.

3.3. Rules of Interaction: Members must comply with moral and ethical rules when interacting with other users on the Site.
Behavior that harasses, threatens or disturbs other users is prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1. Content and Copyright: All content on the Site (written texts, graphics, logos, images, videos, data compilations) and the design of the Site belong to the Company and are protected under the relevant intellectual property rights.

4.2. Unauthorized Use: Members may not copy, distribute or modify the content on the Site for commercial or personal purposes without the permission of the Company. Use of the contents without the written permission of the Company may be subject to legal proceedings.

5. Privacy and Data Protection
5.1. Processing of Personal Data: All personal data provided by the members are processed within the framework of our Privacy Policy and KVKK Clarification Text and are protected within the scope of security measures.

5.2. Use of Cookies: Cookies are used on the Site to improve the user experience and to perform analyses.

6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. Service Delivery: The Company endeavors to provide the Site services in the best possible manner, but interruptions may occur due to technical difficulties or other reasons.
The Company accepts no liability for such interruptions.

6.2. Content Responsibility: The information contained on the Site is for general informational purposes and the Company does not guarantee its currency or accuracy.

7. Membership Cancellation and Account Deletion
7.1. Cancellation by the Member: The Member has the right to cancel or freeze his/her account through the Site.
The account closure process is carried out through the Member's account page.

7.2. Cancellation by the Company: The Company reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close the accounts of members who violate this Agreement or the law.

8. Changes and Updates
8.1. Right to Amend the Agreement: The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time.
The updated Agreement shall be effective on the date it is published on the Site and the Member shall be deemed to have accepted the updated Agreement by continuing to use the Site.

8.2. Notices: The Company reserves the right to notify its members of changes; however, the Member is encouraged to periodically review this Agreement to be aware of any changes.

9. Dispute Resolution and Competent Courts
9.1. Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Turkey.

9.2. Authorized Courts: Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall be authorized to resolve any disputes arising out of this Agreement between the parties.
