Where you can buy the tea
The quickest way is the store on this site. An order placed here ships directly from HerbaltoX Gıda, with no middleman. The 1-, 3- and 6-month packs are all listed side by side on the same product page.
If you already shop on a marketplace, the Points of sale page has links to the official stores: Trendyol, Hepsiburada, n11, PTT AVM and Ozon. For Amazon, Etsy, eBay and Pazarama, the page says "coming soon."
Which pack to choose
One box contains 60 sachets of 5.5 grams each; with two sachets a day, it lasts one month. The packs can be thought of as multiples of this box.

With the 3- and 6-month packs, you pay less per month. You can see current prices on the product page.
If you're not sure, start with the 1-month pack; within a month you'll see whether you like the taste and whether two cups fit into your daily routine. If you know your regular drink, a longer pack means fewer orders and a lower price per month.

Why you should check the official channels first
HerbaltoX is a registered trademark. According to the Points of Sale page, buying only from the listed official stores is the safest way; the contents and storage conditions of products bought from other sellers cannot be guaranteed. If you come across a suspicious sale, you can let us know at info@HerbaltoX.com.
The tea is produced at a facility registered with the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, and the facility registration number is printed on the package. Production and registration details are also on the About Us page.
What's in the box
Each box contains 60 sachets of 5.5 grams. It includes green tea, mate, hibiscus, ginger, fennel, Ceylon cinnamon, stevia leaf, green lemon, chia, fenugreek, konjac, spirulina and senna. There is no added sugar, artificial sweetener, preservative, coloring or flavoring.
To prepare, open the sachet, add it to about 200 ml of hot but not boiling water and let it steep for 3–5 minutes. Drink one cup in the morning before breakfast and one in the evening after dinner.
How to order
Open the product page and choose your pack.
Enter your delivery details; if you want to send the tea to someone else, you can enter that person's address.
At the payment step, you can pay by card or choose bank transfer or cash on delivery. For bank transfers, the TRY, USD and EUR account details at Ziraat Bankası are on the About Us page.
Once your order has been shipped, wait for your tea to arrive.
Shipping terms
Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days. Shipping is free to Turkey, Europe, the USA, Canada and the Middle East. For other countries, free shipping applies to orders above a certain amount; you can find the amount in the lower section of the How to Use page.
Returns and withdrawal
You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of the date you receive your order. You can submit your notice by email, KEP (registered electronic mail), post or phone; details are on the Returns and Withdrawal Policy page. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for food products whose packaging has been opened, so please check your package before opening the box.
