Ingredients
HerbaltoX is a mixed herbal tea made from 13 herbs and seeds. One box contains 60 sachets of 5.5 grams each. The blend includes green tea, mate, hibiscus, ginger, fennel, Ceylon cinnamon, stevia leaf, green lime, chia seeds, fenugreek seeds, konjac, spirulina and senna. There is no added sugar, artificial sweetener, preservative, coloring or flavoring; there are no animal-derived ingredients either. The sweetness comes from the stevia leaf. HerbaltoX is not a medicine; it is a mixed herbal tea.
Usage and storage
It is easy to prepare: open one sachet, add it to about 200 ml of hot but not boiling water, and let it steep for 3–5 minutes. Have one cup in the morning before breakfast and one in the evening after dinner. 2 sachets a day is enough. Store the box in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, and close it tightly after use. Remember to drink 2–3 liters of water during the day. This tea is not a substitute for a balanced diet.

The tea's taste is made up of a mild tartness from the hibiscus, a slight bitterness from the ginger, and the anise aroma of the fennel. Don't expect a sweet tea at first sip: the only sweetness comes from the stevia leaf.
You can also drink it cold. In summer, you can try it with ice, shaken until frothy, or added to a smoothie. As for water temperature, don't pour in boiling water right away; around 80–90 °C is ideal.
