HerbaltoX Product Verification Process
At HerbaltoX, we have a special program to ensure that our customers only have access to genuine products. QR code & serial number based verification system We have developed this system, from order to delivery. eliminates the risk of counterfeit products by tracing the identity of each product.
1. Order and Identification
When the customer completes their order, the system generates a unique QR code and serial number produces. This information is unique to that order and cannot be matched with any other product.
2. Product Preparation
During product preparation, the generated QR code and serial number are integrated into the original product label. The label is positioned so that it is easily visible on the back of the box.
3. Delivery and Verification
When the product reaches the customer, the QR code on the back of the box is scanned by phone. The system automatically HerbaltoX Product Verification Page redirects. The code is auto-filled in the form, the user enters their e-mail address “Verify” clicks on the button.
4. Alternative Verification Method
If the QR code cannot be scanned or if the transaction is to be made from a computer, verification can be done by manually entering the serial number.
5. Instant Result
✅ Original Product: If the verification is successful, the user information is displayed in a privacy-friendly abbreviated form (e.g. HE*** TO****).
❌ Erroneous Information: “The warning ”Email or serial number does not match" is displayed.
